Virginia Department of Emergency Management Announces COVID-19 Public Assistance Applicant Briefings FEMA-DR-4512-VA

Purpose: The Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) invites you to participate in one of six offerings of the Public Assistance COVID-19 Applicant Briefings for FEMA-DR-4512-VA. The Applicant Briefing is a critical part of the Public Assistance program delivery. It outlines roles and responsibilities, eligibility requirements, and programmatic and grant administrative processes through closeout. Each applicant is required to attend one of the offerings below. Each offering will cover the same content, but questions and answers may be specific to applicant types. The FEMA Public Assistance program delivery will build off of the cost estimates that applicants have already provided to VDEM.

Who Should Attend? Points of contact for state agencies, state colleges and universities, local governments (counties, cities, towns, authorities, special government districts, community service boards, and other local government entities), tribal governments, and certain non-profit organizations who have a role in gathering and submitting documentation for reimbursement.

    Private Non-Profit Offering #1 Thursday, May 14 – 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Register Today
