    *Posting update* This study has been approved to be conducted using web conference technology. My name is Tionette and I am a local Walden Doctoral candidate. My focus area of study is Public Administration with an emphasis on leadership and organizational development.

    I am seeking participants who can assist me in completing my dissertation by participating in my study. It will focus on the human resource role in workplace bullying prevention at nonprofit organizations. It will be conducted by primarily performing interviews with human resource staff or with individuals performing human resource duties. This includes recruitment, hiring, policy drafting and/or training. This also includes recruiting volunteers and obtaining talent for the organization.  Please know participation is purely voluntary.  Results of the study will be shared with participants.
