Dr. Shantell Chambliss, founder and ED of Dress for Success Central Virginia
Shantell Chambliss, PhD, is an award winning entrepreneur, business strategist, advocate and philanthropist. As an entrepreneur Shantell has developed an impressive business portfolio that includes ventures in healthcare, the nonprofit sector, consulting, media, and cultural arts. A true student of organizational development Shantell has matched extensive education and training with over 15 years of experience as a coach and consultant to create methods that help businesses launch, grow, and maximize their profit.
Alan Delbridge, Volunteer & Partnership Coordinator, Enrichmond Foundation
Alan is a Virginia native that has called Richmond home for the past 6 years. Alan received his undergraduate degree in Agriculture with a concentration Environmental Science from Virginia State University. Since graduating Alan has focused his work on community engagement. He has a passion for environmental stewardship and volunteer resource management. In his spare time, you will find him volunteering with Richmond city’s youth, running, or playing his bass guitar.
Whitney Fogg, HR Director for Commonwealth Public Broadcasting Corporation
Whitney Fogg, Human Resources Director, Community Idea Stations, has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources providing guidance to both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. She touches all things HR related at Community Idea Stations, but her specialties are employee relations, and training and development. Whitney is certified as a Society for Human Resources (SHRM) Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Humane Leadership from Duquesne University. She is a certified Conflict Management Coach, and serves on the Richmond Area Diversity Roundtable Committee for SHRM.
