Virginia Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Tax Program is a Greater Richmond’s Earned Income Tax Credit Coalition (EITC). Their mission is to make a difference in the lives of working families, to achieve greater financial independence by advocating for EITC, providing cost free tax preparation and offering financial literacy guidance and education.
