Please join us to hear an overview of the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program funding announced on Monday, Oct. 24. While we do not have all of the details for this collaborative grant yet, Homeward staff will share information on this coordinated funding and planning opportunity to reduce youth and young adult homelessness. Staff will share information on the leadership role of the Youth Action Board and the Coordinated Community Plan.
