There seem to be more and more moments when we need quick and easy go-to practices to calm our minds and bodies from the the stress of everyday life. In this workshop, you’ll learn practical tools to shift from ‘fight,flight,freeze’ to a more even state that will allow you to show up for life with a calmer and more creative reference point. These practices help to break up fixed patterns of the brain and help to open a path to self-discovery and self-care, bringing integration of mind and body. These techniques have been used all over the world through “The Center for Mind-body Medicine” to support communities and individuals experiencing trauma.
WHAT YOU WILL TAKE AWAY;
> Self- regulatory practices that soothe and mediate stress and trauma
> A deeper level of self-awarenss and ease.
> The capacity to create relaxation and change you physiology and psychology.
You will receive the Zoom link after registration.
