-Best practices for co-leadership with community transformations
-The value of co-leadership in your work

Spark Studio is a collaboration with The Spark Mill and Studio 23. We aim to give nonprofit employees the tools they need to excel. Thus the birth of Spark Studio – a series of classes designed to give you applicable tips and techniques that result in instantaneously actionable positive changes. The goal of the classes will be a high level overview of the key areas of nonprofit management. Customized for an audience of nonprofit employees, volunteers, and board members. All classes will be taught by The Spark Mill team of consultants. We have set aside free spots for pro bono clients.
