April 24, 2019 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

| Free

The Biology of Sexual Conflict
Sexual reproduction is both cooperative by nature and a tug-of-war between competing interests. Enjoy a short talk and spirited Q&A about this topic in an atmosphere where a science background is never needed. Featuring Robert M. Cox, PhD who conducts field research on lizards and professes at UVA. Bob also draws pictures of birds and brews beer.

Science Pub RVA is designed for curious minds 21 & up and is presented by The Community Idea Stations’ Science Matters Initiative. No registration needed – seating on a first-come basis.
