Nonprofits with the time and capacity for strategic thinking, who have a specific hurdle they want to clear to get to the next level of impact with the community. WHEN: 9 Sessions: Tuesdays 8:30-10:30am. April 12-June 7. Demo Day: Jun 14 evening.

WHO: 4-5 people in staff/board team of your choosing. Executive Director and at least one Board member must attend all sessions.

Cost: $150. $1000 award granted at end.

Program covers core nonprofit building blocks like mission/vision/values, impacts and outcomes, engaging stakeholders, sharing your story, and theory of change, but also invites participants to consider these differently than they ever have.
