Lessons of the Hour: Frederick Douglass, Andrew Johnson, and the Work of Reconstruction

VMFA proudly welcomes author Dr. Robert Levine—prolific scholar of American literature—for a book signing and talk about the life of Frederick Douglass during the Reconstruction period.
