In this half day session, we’ll do an overview of common sources of conflict and how conflict plays out. We’ll spend time introducing and practicing coaching skills that can turn the conflict into something valuable and constructive. As a leader, you’ll leave more confident that you can help your team leverage their differences in a healthy and productive way.

Each month’s topic will focus on how you and your little ones can safely interact with an unknown dog. The SPCA will bring handouts and a trained, chill pup for kiddos to meet and pet!
