Key responsibilities for the TFC Program Manager include: • Program marketing and presentation • Foster parent recruitment and training in Presley Ridge Curriculum • Case Management • Office & staff management • Developing working relationships with Department of Social Services agencies in Richmond and surrounding areas Flexible schedule is a must as weekends and evenings will be required along with 24 hour on-call availability and the ability to work independently. |Grants Manager||The Grants Manager provides leadership to HumanKind’s Grants Team and serves as the liaison to program staff while managing the development, writing and submission of the organization’s grant applications. He/she is responsible for ensuring that grant proposals are developed strategically and that all of the organization’s internal and external stakeholders are engaged in the process. Additional duties include: writing and reviewing grant materials and communications; ensuring the organization has a robust prospect pipeline; and working with the Development Team on funding strategies and fund development projects. Reports to the Vice-President of Development. The well qualified candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, capable of higher-level critical thinking and problem solving. Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously are crucial.
