Jackson-Feild Behavioral Health Services is an adolescent psychiatric residential treatment facility for boys and girls ages 12 to 21 who suffer from the effects of trauma and mental illness. Celebrating 160 years of working with children and their families, Jackson-Feild provides high quality innovative, intensive therapeutic services using best practice models. The Youth Service Worker is responsible for role-modeling healthy behavior, teaching life skills, administering a trauma informed behavioral support program, and leading youth in and participating in social, cultural, and recreational activities.
