Facilities Coordinator Peter Paul is seeking a knowledgeable Facilities Coordinator to ensure an optimal working environment in our building. In this role, you will be responsible for performing regular building safety and security inspections, maintaining our building's equipment, and perform groundskeeping. You will oversee the grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional. Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, with knowledge of maintenance procedures, and a basic knowledge of tools and appliances. To excel in this position, you must be an outstanding problem solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities: • Managing building and equipment maintenance schedules. (e.g., heating system, alarms, security cameras) • Groundskeeping • Light Janitorial duties • Transporting program participants as needed • Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations. • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces • Testing building security systems and promoting safety within the building • Managing equipment and supply needs, including furniture, telecommunications, kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies, and climate control. • Scheduling and work with vendors and suppliers • Reporting to the Director of Operations on a regular basis • Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records • Maintain and manage physical asset and storage site inventory • Assist Weekend Event Assistant, as needed Maintenance Mar 22, 2023
