Grants & Compliance Coordinator The Grants and Compliance coordinator supports the Director of Fund Development, works closely with the development team, and supports the Resource Development Committee and the Chief Executive Officer, to implement and coordinate the annual Fund Development and Marketing Plan of project:HOMES. Focus areas include grants, donor development, research and data tracking.. Duties & Responsibilities • Write and prepare grant proposals, progress reports, program awards and other applications • Coordinate and maintain the grant calendar • Develop and prepare high quality narratives and budgets for use in grants and reports • Assist with grant research, processes, timelines and reporting. • Manage and maintain the overall DonorPerfect constituency database including maintaining donor records and managing gift records • Coordinate the Annual Fund recognition for individuals, businesses and other donor categories • Assist in preparation, distribution and mailing of development and community relations materials • Participate in drafting the Annual Report, newsletter, and other promotional articles and writings • Contribute to social media communications and marketing via website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram • Work with program directors and senior management to help promote project:HOMES programs • Participate in planning, coordinating and executing special events, media opportunities and sponsorships • Assist with general office work, field projects and other tasks as assigned • Reports to the Director of Fund Development Communication/Public Relations/Marketing, Fund Development Sep 5, 2019
Wheelchair Ramp Program Project Supervisor project:HOMES is seeking a Wheelchair Ramp Program Project Supervisor to coordinate and supervise wheelchair ramp volunteer projects. Responsibilities would include: -training and supervising volunteers during construction and onsite installation of modular ramps, visiting homeowners to determine eligibility; designing ramps; preparing and submitting applications to obtain building permits from localities, assigning projects to volunteers, coordinating and delivering materials/supplies for volunteer projects, training and supervising volunteers on-site during project day, implementing safety and cleanliness standards in warehouse and at project sites and ensuring volunteer compliance, performing maintenance/repairs on existing ramps as needed, communicating with staff and management as appropriate concerning clients, volunteers, vendors, and/or product issues, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and values as well as industry and municipal standards, performing other duties as assigned.
