|Director of Donor Relations/Major Gifts Officer||Randolph-Macon College is seeking applications for a Director of Donor Relations/Major Gifts Officer in the College Advancement Office. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Leadership Giving, this position manages all stewardship activity. Responsibilities include: 1. Implementing and managing a comprehensive program of stewardship of major, first time, cumulative, consecutive, endowed fund, and annual donors. 2. Manages and enhances all facets of the College’s established stewardship program for scholarship donors. 3. Overseeing a program of regular communication and acknowledgement with donors, including donors and family members who have established endowed scholarship funds. 4. Preparing drafts of stewardship-related correspondence for the President, Vice President for Advancement, faculty, and staff as appropriate. 5. Planning and executing the annual scholarship dinner/luncheon. 6. |Asst. Director of Development for Athletics||Randolph-Macon College invites applications for the Assistant Director of Development for Athletics position in the College Advancement Office. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development for Athletics, this position will engage student athletes, athletic alumni, general alumni, and young alumni, collaborate on identifying giving program initiatives, assist with planning and implementation of college events, and assist in the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship programs initiated by the Office of College Advancement. Responsibilities include: 1. Implementing a comprehensive, systematic solicitation program in the effort to achieve Yellow Jacket Club fundraising goals. 2. Coordinating, drafting, and overseeing mass solicitation efforts for athletics to includes all direct mailings, phone-a-thon efforts, and e-mail solicitations. 3. Engaging student athletes and athletic alumni and soliciting them for a gift. 4. Collaboration with Annual Giving Team, departmental colleagues, and key volunteers to identify emerging innovative, cooperative development/alumni special giving program initiatives. 5.
