Standing Together engages the community to speak out and stand with marginalized religious and ethnic groups in order to advance respectful dialogue and promote inclusion. It was catalyzed in December 2015 in response to increased Islamophobia, xenophobia, and divisive rhetoric. Standing Together is a community collaboration that is convened by the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities.
