Our programs include, but are not limited to, Energy Assistance, Homelessness Assistance, Head Start and others. Our mission is to create, coordinate and deliver quality comprehensive services in an effort to foster self-sufficiency and eliminate poverty. We also have a manufacturing location and provide business services.
