What does “innovation in the business of philanthropy” mean to you?

Innovation results from disrupting norms and can come in many shapes and forms, even hiddens ones. A brilliant friend once posed the question to me, “How can you help millions of people create change that they don’t know they need to or even care to create?” His answer: “Build a way for them to help create change without asking them to change what they are doing.”
