Lutheran Church of Our Saviour – a 350-member congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, a progressive mainline Protestant denomination – seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant.

This position will be charged with administrative tasks of parish office management including:
• Preparation for worship services and parish activities, including bulletin production and volunteer scheduling.
• Newsletter production.
• Print and electronic communications and calendar management.
• Assisting the pastor, as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Requirements include: • Extraordinary computer skills and technical knowledge, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Strong organizational skills and effective time management. • Relating well with diverse populations. • Prior office experience with church or non-profit preferred. • Spanish competency a plus. This position is not open to current or former LCOS members. Employment contingent upon successful completion of background check.
Starts at $13.50/hr
18 hours per week. Flexible Monday-Thursday morning schedule. All work done during school hours.
