Community Idea Stations (WCVE, WCVW, WHTJ)

The Community Idea Stations is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support the Development group. This is a full time position that reports directly to the Vice President of Development.

The successful candidate will be a flexible team player with knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using a database is preferred. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented and organized, and should be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people both virtually and in person. Excellent written and oral communication skills are critical to this position. This position may require some evening and weekend hours.

Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a team player who enjoys helping people. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This position supports a four person team and works in a CRM database, handles correspondence, interacts with major donors, and assists with events. Candidates must be well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience working in a database is preferred. Candidates must be available to work occasional evening and weekend hours.
