Roles & Responsibilities
• Financial: Responsible for AP/AR for organization, process credit cards and other financial methods, work directly with VP of Operations on budget requirements for the org
• Data Entry: Ability to input member and financial information in databases
• Conference: Create and maintain the registration system for attendees; manage registration desk at conference site
• Office: Answer phones; maintain supplies; send and receive packages/mail; work with the Board of Directors
• Special: Oversight and fulfillment of the organization’s honor society ceremonies; work to fulfill the needs of the organization’s governance
• Travel: Position requires promotion of ICHRIE at annual conference, minimal travel involved.

Required Qualifications:
Required • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with AP/AR • Understanding of MS Word and Excel • Ability to set and meet critical deadlines • Outstanding customer service via phone, email, in person • Attention to detail in all areas • Exceptional grammar, proof reading, math skills • Internet proficiency, superior organization and problem-solving skills • Punctual and dependable Preferred • Understanding of how non-profits and associations are structured, experience working with a Board of directors • Ability to craft timely and informational messages to specific audiences • Knowledge of hospitality/tourism industry
Salary:
commensurate with experience
