The Executive Chef will assist with leading the dining venues throughout the continuum of care. The Executive Chef is responsible for enhancing and sustaining our professional culinary program, with the specific goal of ensuring the nutritional integrity and quality of meals served to our residents, families, and guests. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for recipe and menu development, as well as ensure strict compliance of sanitation and health regulations

Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: • 4 years proven track record as Executive Chef and at least 3 years of management experience in the food service industry • Professional certification from an accredited culinary institution preferred • Positive attitude and great customer service skills • Excellent communication both oral and written • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook) • Experience working in a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) preferred • Offers of employment are conditioned on applicants meeting requirements of a pre-employment drug screening and background check Shift: Full Time Various days & times and every other weekend
Salary:
$72,632.00 to $90,790.00 annually depending upon experience
