Richmond Volleyball Club is dedicated to developing athletes of all ages for amateur volleyball competition and recreation. Our employees enjoy a casual work environment, opportunities for development and a real opportunity to make a difference.

In collaboration with the Adult Program Manager, the Member Service Coordinator will monitor the facility and activities during open gym and evening league play at the Richmond Volleyball Club. Anticipated hours are 3:30-11:30 pm five nights per week. Key responsibilities include:

*Assist members by answering questions and explaining the club’s operations and activities.
*Interpret rules and solve minor differences
*Prepare the club for play or the night’s activities
*Data entry, inputting league results, editing team rosters and updating memberships.
*Referee scheduling and supervision

Required Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have: *Working knowledge of MS Office *Great communication skills and the ability to interact well with the public. *Exceptional organizational skills and be very detailed oriented. *The ability to solve problems and handle disputes in a professional manner.
