ReEstablish Richmond connects our newest neighbors to life-building tools and resources to ensure that their integration into the community is a positive and empowering experience. We are seeking a Coordinator of Client Engagement. This role will assess the needs of refugee and immigrant clients and connect them to resources they need to meet their educational, health, social, and vocational goals.

Required Qualifications:
 • Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle • Bachelor degree of Social Work preferred • Comfort working with clients from diverse cultures, languages, religions, experiences • Ability to connect with others and forge strong relationships • Strong attention to detail • Some weeknight and weekend availability • Faculties to work independently as well as on a team • Flexibility to complete other tasks when necessary • Database maintenance • Share our commitment to our mission, vision, and our values of welcome, equity + justice, empowerment + self-determination, community, respect for human dignity + worth, authenticity, collaboration, integrity, and flexibility
Salary:
 $20.00/hour or commensurate with experience
