The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Philanthropy & Executive Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to provide executive support to our CEO.

The Administrator will actively manage meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements; develop reports and memos; support management in relationship-building with volunteers and donors; and perform other administrative duties. Additional possible duties include working with budgets, and assisting with special events and projects.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates should have at least three years of related administrative, operations, or management experience. Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and administrative abilities are crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a timely, professional manner are essential. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, is necessary. This position requires a flexible schedule, which may include occasional evenings and weekends.
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
