POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Program Services Coordinator position will support NextUp’s Program and Evaluation departments. This position requires independent judgement, workplace maturity, and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, exempt position.

DUTIES:
Program Support
• Maintain key contact lists of stakeholders
• Coordinate professional development opportunities
• Coordinate Program Provider Request for Proposal process
• Organize contract development and administration
• Manage document compliance of program provider contracts
• Update and maintain all program provider records
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedure manuals for partners


Database Support
• Responsible for student, staff, provider and parent data maintenance and input into shared data system.
• Provide technical guidance to all users of the database system
• Responsible for updating reports for providers
• Manage consent forms and serve as liaison between site coordinating agencies and Richmond Public Schools
• Document data processes and maintain policies, procedures and materials
• File students’ registration forms
• Review data, clean and maintain data files for analysis
• Create reports and pull data when needed

Evaluation Support
• Assist Director of Continuous Improvement and Evaluation with survey and evaluation projects
• Update surveys in Survey Monkey
• Maintain data files from various surveys
• Assist with implementation of surveys at school sites

Administration Support
• Prepare materials for meetings
• Provide logistical coordination for program services
• Email meeting invitations for special events and manage RSVPs
• Schedule meetings for prospective providers

Required Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong time management • A minimum of three to five years providing administrative support required. Experience working in the nonprofit sector helpful. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work independently. • A professional and courteous phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills required. • Ability to juggle multiple projects and function well in a team environment. • Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate several activities at one time required. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, required. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. • Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills required. • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as database management required. • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
