INRICH Transitional Program

Program Description

The INRICH program changed from a transition in place housing program to a rapid rehousing program for families with minor children.  This program now functions under HomeAgain’s Community Housing Programs and provides intensive case management, housing search assistance and a short-term subsidy for qualifying households. This program is staffed by the Program Manager for Community Housing Programs (who also provides direct service) and the three community housing case managers who serve families. With the help of their case managers, families select housing that meets their needs and are assisted with leasing the units. The program abides by community standards for rapid rehousing, which includes assistance from 3 to six months following the acquisition of housing.
