Nonprofit Mobile App Contest Finalists

Over the past month, we received several incredible entries for our Mobile App Contest for Local Nonprofits in partnership with NS804 Apps & Commonwealth PR to offer the development of a mobile app, free of charge, to one local nonprofit in Greater Richmond, VA – including conception, development and marketing! The nonprofits were asked to describe their organization's mission and vision, talk about 2016 goals, how technology could positively impact their mission and how an app could potentially strengthen their organization, its people or volunteers. The nonprofits were not asked to have a fully fleshed out app concept - but many had some great ideas in the works, already! Although, it was incredibly difficult to narrow down the submissions - we ultimately selected the top four finalists for the contest - (in no particular order) Historic Richmond, GRASP, MS Society Virginia Chapter and Rx Partnership! Here's a look at the video entries and more about these awesome organizations!
